Good experiences with IBM blades, DS4200 SAN and Qlogic FC adapters. No Debian friendly SAN/FC multipath support available from IBM, but the debian package multipath-tools managed everything fine eventually. My educated guess is that the solution is by no means limited to IBM SANs.
