This is the "grace6" package you are installing, not "grace". It
includes the following executable files in /usr/bin/:

~$ apt-file list grace6 | grep bin
grace6: /usr/bin/grace6
grace6: /usr/bin/grace6-thumbnailer
grace6: /usr/bin/gracebat6
grace6: /usr/bin/xmgrace6

So I think it is just a matter of running the program with a "6" in the
end...
