Well there was a problem with earlier versions of the nvidia package in
unstable/testing which was recently fixed in unstable.  The workaroudn
was:

cd /usr/src
ln -s nvidia-kernel.tar.gz nvidia-kernel-source.tar.gz

Then run m-a again.
