accumulated schroot sessions

Hello all,

I have an ia32 schroot setup for iceweasel/flash on my otherwise Etch
amd64. Occasionally, I find that there are sessions left lying around.
I don't notice them unless I do a 'df' where I see them.  I can't pin
down when they are left. I don't need sessions at all but can't see how
to prevent them. They persist over reboots.

To 'solve' the problem, I could write a script that removes them and
have it run at a suitable point, but I'd like to prevent them in the
first place.

Here's my schroot.conf:

[etch-ia32]
type=directory
description=Debian Etch ia32
groups=ssh
run-setup-scripts=true
run-exec-scripts=true
personality=linux32
location=/srv/chroot/etch-ia32

I used type=directory so that schroot -pc mounts the users' ~ directory
as needed, however man schroot says that this gives session support but
doesn't say how to disable that (or even why I would want it).

I can clear them with:
$ schrot -e --all-sessions

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks,

Doug.
