Looks like three architectures you want to mirror, i386, amd64, and ia64? 
Looks like about 3 dvd's worth for each architecture and each release.

My guestimate is about 12 gigs a piece, so for the etch distribution of those 
three arcs your looking at 36 gigs, a little over 100 gigs for stable, 
testing, and sid.
