Unable to download netinstall images on my windows machine

I am unable to download the netinstall cd from the debian sie. I have
tried it on numerous occassions. But the image which is more than 100Mb
, my system shows download to be completed when in reality only 541
kbytes have been downloaded. Please someone suggest how do i try to
download them. I have tried the jigdo too but unable to install by
ther. I am using windows xp media center edition on a Compaq Presario
Turion X2 processor. Any help to let me use the netinstall images would
be highly appreciated.

is there some 64 bit file problem download .if one please suggest a remedy.
