:-(

I don't think this can help me because in 2.6.18 (also hand made) I
don't have any module for disk. This is lsmod for storage:

sgorbio:~# lsmod
Module Size Used by

[...]

ide_scsi 15236 0
nls_iso8859_1 6528 1
nls_cp437 8192 1
vfat 12032 1
fat 45616 1 vfat
dm_snapshot 14904 0
dm_mirror 18176 0

[...]

ide_cd 37280 1

[...]

ahci 17412 0

[...]

And none of these are in /etc/modules.

One think for me it's strange: in configure option for 2.6.19.1 kernel I
cannot find any option related to jmicron controller sata but only for
pata.

I will look for something....

Un esteso e "normale" uso della crittografia è il sistema più forte
per rivendicare il diritto alla privacy nelle comunicazioni
telematiche: come tutti i diritti e come i muscoli se non viene
esercitato costantemente si atrofizza e va perso.
