If you mean .flv (flash video), I play it on my Sid AMD64 using mplayer
with no problems.
I'm using home built fresh SVN code, it is just
$ cd /usr/local/src/mplayer-SVN
$ svn checkout svn://svn.mplayerhq.hu/mplayer/trunk/
$ cd trunk/
$ ./configure
$ make
$ sudo make install
Alternatively you could try Marillat's packages
