This may very well be unenforcible in some jurisdictions. Even a
legally-binding contract cannot diminish your statutory rights {otherwise a
husband could never be convicted of raping his wife}, and a software licence
is not by any stretch of the imagination a legally-binding contract.
Check your local law very carefully. Your end-user licence agreement probably
is not worth the paper it is printed on. {Unless it's the GPL or BSD, which
give you explicit permission over and above your statutory rights provided
that you abide by certain conditions}.
