gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 529B8BDA
gpg --armor --export 529B8BDA | apt-key add -

The key in your case are the last 8 digits of 010908312D230C5F. That
means for you:
gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 2D230C5F
gpg --armor --export 2D230C5F | apt-key add -
