Please help I'm not able to resolve this problem and my english it's not so

Debian are you running? apt-key is part of the apt package in the unstable
tree, not in the stable one. I suspect you don't need to use apt-key at all
with your release of Debian.
(Italian translation): Che versione di
Debian usi? apt-key fa parte del pacchetto apt nella versione unstable, non
in quella stable. A occhio, probabilmente stai utilizzando la versione
stable, per cui non dovresti avere bisogno di usare
apt-key.
