With Gogle searching for apt-key I get this bugs http://lists.debian.org/deity/2005/07/msg00028.html
Please help I'm not able to resolve this problem and my english it's not so fine to understand all I read.

Ciao, Nonno Roberto. What version of Debian are you running? apt-key is part
of the apt package in the unstable tree, not in the stable one. I suspect
you don't need to use apt-key at all with your release of Debian.

A occhio,

Ciao
Giacomo
