Bug#334150: Lack of dependency makes rpm2cpio unusable on amd64

Hello,
rpm2cpio gives following message:

rpm2cpio: error while loading shared libraries: libbeecrypt.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

rpm on amd64 depends on:
 - libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1)
 - libopt0 (>= 1.7)
 - perl

rpm on i386 depends on:
 - libbeecrypt6
 - libbz2-1.0
 - libc6 (>= 2.3.5-1)
 - libpopt0 (>= 1.7)
 - librpm4 (< 4.4.2)
 - librpm4 (>= 4.4.0)

It could be related to #333999.
