You do not need to use software raid from mainboard, use mdadm instead 
(partman in installer). For using MB Raid you need dmraid which is not in 
debian and does not support yet many software raid mainboard systems.

Right, I sell a lot of semprons64 now, the hard part is finding a right 
mainboard as all manufacturers are jumping in the 939 socket wagon now.
