autotools or gnome bug?

Hi,

I'm trying to compile a my own program after last unstable update. For
the first time I got this error with 'configure':

configure: creating ./config.status
cd . \
  && CONFIG_FILES=Makefile CONFIG_HEADERS= /bin/sh ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: executing default-1 commands
config.status: executing intltool commands
./config.status: line 1133: ./intltool-extract.in: No such file or directory
make: *** [Makefile] Error 1

googling, I have read various "answers" and so I don't know if it's a
autotools or gnome-libs bug...

Have you any idea?
