nvidia driver ( GeForce FX 5500 gives 10fps)

Hello list :)

I have a problem with my Inno3d graphics card.
I am using xfree package (4.3.0)
  -------------------
  In my /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 I have:
  Section "Device"
        Identifier "Generic Video Card"
                Driver "nvidia"
                # Driver "nv"
                # NvAGP 1
                # ChipSet "GeForce FX 5500"
  EndSection
  --------------------------

  lsmod |grep nvidia gives:
  nvidia 4568124 12

  --------------------------
  glxinfo | grep direct gives:
  direct rendering: Yes

I have these packages installed:
dpkg -l nvidia* |grep ii
ii nvidia-glx 1.0.7174-3 NVIDIA
