dpkg-source and Flavio's fglrx

Hi,
I can't build the Flavio's building packages for ati drivers with the 
dpkg-dev:
  Installé : 1.13.9

http://xoomer.virgilio.it/flavio.stanchina/debian/fglrx-installer.html

sh-3.00$ dpkg-source -x fglrx-installer_8.14.13-1.dsc 
dpkg-source: error: unrecognised file suffix `.tar'

And that's the same with the old flavio's building sources, that i'm runing 
on:
sh-3.00$ dpkg-source -x fglrx-installer_8.12.10-1.dsc 
dpkg-source: error: unrecognised file suffix `.tar'
