Due to a full disk sources had to be removed before the archive is
fully restructured. This should only affect sources that are unpatched
compared to debian while the rest should still be in the old place.

The unpatched sources are already in the new structure and I suggest
to put this line before the old one: (from memory)

deb-src http://debian-amd64.alioth.debian.org/debian-pure64-3.4 unstable main non-free contrib
