Openoffice can be run on Debian64, but it needs few 32bit-libs.
So as it says it needs that libz.so.1 and that is located in zlib-package.
Download that from packages.debian.org (32bit-version) and install it

dpkg -X zlib-<version>.deb /emul/ia32-linux

zlib may need some other libraries also, so be prepared to install those 
also.

You'll find your way there.
