Re: XFree86 not running



Doh!

:-)  No, it wasnt.... However, for using Gnome it is obviously
necessary, so I wonder why there is no dependency in one of the packages
or at least in the meta packages "gnome". Well but this is not an issue
of the amd64-version, rather a general issue.
