I think it's fundamental enough - I run into enough sites that just
plain don't work without flash (not just for the intro, mind you!) that
it's one thing that keeps me in Windows or 32-bit Debian. So it could be
somewhat of an impediment to the progress of the port.
Not to mention homestarrunner.com ;-)

Hardly 'fundamental'. Get a 64bit plugin or get the source and compile
one. :)
