New Pure64 env

Hi,

I've created a new pure64 environment, this is based on cdebootstrab as 
described by Frederik Schueler in

http://users.idf.de/~fs/amd64-howto-rewrite-draft.html

Because I got confused whenever pure64 was mentioned I've called it a64.

a64 has an updated README, and date.txt which indicates when it last was 
updated/upgraded using sources.list. Besides it only takes up 104MB when 
bzipped.
