AMD64 FAQ?

There has been some reference to an updated amd64 FAQ.  A google search
of "Debian AMD64 FAQ" gives the following:

It's clear that these documents don't even begin to address how to boot
into a 64bit system.  They're mostly blank, for a start.

I'm guessing some people have access to an updated version of this FAQ,
but google isn't picking it up yet - what's the URL?
