The 64bit binaries now depend on lib64*, those will have to be rebuild
and will then depend on lib* again.

For a clean upgrade path the lib* packages should provide, replace and
conflict with the lib64* packages. Not sure its worth the effort
though. Getting people to reinstall their amd64 chroots or run an
upgrade script once is simpler. All the existing packages are still
experimental so breaking things again is possible.

What will happen if the renaming is just undone without further
considerations is that the lib64* packages won't get purged and dpkg
will complain about files being in multiple packages.
