I've created http://wiki.debian.org/alphaLennyReleaseRecertification from 
the template. Sections that needs work include:

Availability
Developer machines
Port maintainers
Users
Installer
Upstream support
Autobuilders

http://wiki.debian.org/alphaEtchReleaseRecertification can be used as a 
reference, but details should be checked before being copied across.
