Booting from the disk would be in order after I am able to install linux, which I
haven't been able to do yet :) That is why I need to boot from the CD, which is the
netinstl CD....

I see from this that you have 2 controllers so try

boot dkb0 -flags 0

and it may work. The disks are on the dkb controller and the cdrom is on dka.
