3.0r2 on Alphaserver 1000A 4/266, Warning: unable to open an init ial console.

Hi there,

I solved my problem with the 

> Kernel panic: Attempted to kill the idle task!
> In swapper task - not syncing

message by using an active UW-SCSI terminator instead a correctly terminated
external SCSI tape drive.

Now the disks are ready for installing woody r2 but I ran into another
problem after installing the base system and reboot the 1000A. Aboot is
coming up from dka0 an I choose "0" from the aboot menu. The system is
booting but stoped with the following message:

Warning: unable to open an initial console.

is there any boot parameter I have to pass to aboot like

b 1/vmlinux.gz root=/dev/sda1

Any hints ?
