I have a Digital AlphaStation 200 4/166, and for the on-board DEC card
which identifies itself as (from /proc/pci):
Bus 0, device 11, function 0:
Ethernet controller: Digital Equipment Corporation DECchip 21040
[Tulip] (rev 35).
I use the de4x5 and not the tulip module. Works like a charm on 2.4.20,
and I had it on prior 2.4 kernels as well.
