Hi Roberto,
there is nothing wrong with your hard drive. Yor are using nearly the
half of this disk for a swap partition. And the remaining 2 GB are for
your root file system. So your partitions are okay, there is just no
more space available on this disk.
4.1 GB are around 3.5G as shown by df. 2G is your root file system, 1.2G
is swap and some MB are for booting. That's it.
