gstreamer 0.6.2 on Alpha

Is there a reason the gstreamer 0.6.2 packages have not entered the 
archive (unstable)?  According to the buildd logs the build was 
successful on June 12:

It also seems that parts of gstreamer for Alpha flowed into testing but 
are uninstallable without deinstalling some other packages, like gnome-
core.
