Mozilla 1.3 and woody

Hi!

Has anyone successfully compiled mozilla 1.3 on woody/alpha?

I find the build dependencies for the sid packages difficult to
fullfill (they lead back to xfree86 4.2 and I don't want to upgrade
that). The plain source from mozilla.org builds, but the resulting
binary is *much* slower than the mozilla 1.0.0 binary that comes with
woody and doesn't show the menu bar when using the "modern" theme.
I used gcc 2.95. Should I try 3.0?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Stefan
