I have a "00:0d.0 VGA compatible controller: S3 Inc. 86c764/765
[Trio32/64/64V+]" (or so says lspci) sitting in an AlphaStation 255. With
the addition of the magic incantation 'Option "no_pci_disconnect"' to
its Device section, this works fine under XFree86 3.3.
It didn't work with the autoconfigured v4, but I haven't played about
with it as yet.
