[2.2r3] e2fsprogs 1.2-1.18-3.0potato1 for alpha missing

Hi,

is there a reason I'm not aware of that keeps e2fsprogs 1.2-1.18-3.0potato1
from being uploaded for alpha?  If not, here's the source, I'd require
packages ASAP.
