Try this:
	dpkg -i --force-overwrite \
	/var/cache/apt/archives/gnome-admin_1.0.3-2_alpha.deb

It'll work, but the conflict should probably be reported as a bug (unless
there's a newer gnome-utils that you're also fetching to upgrade to).
