Will i see any problems if I don't enable the IDE support all together?
Would I be better off:
*Not enabling any IDE support (risk potential probs on PCI bus)
*Enable generic IDE support (i have heard dma doesn't work w/ alpha)
*Enable CMD646 w/ only normal io (default w/ $arch=alpha)
Any thoughts on PCI Quirks? or is that mostly a ia32 fix? This box is
used as a build machine for debian, as well as devel for LiViD and GLX, so
stability = #1 priority.
