quick kernel sub-arch q..

I have a alpha PC164 w/ a 21164PC 500Mhz processor.  I am confused as to
which sub-arch I should use.

Is the kernel-image-pci164 the correct sub-arch?  I have read and heard
from others to use the sx164 and the pc164..

Thoughts?
