  This is mainly a libc error in combination with gcc. What Debian version are
  you using, potato or slink and what version of dqs are we talking about. The
  thing is to recompile it for slink and/or potato with the right build
  environment. If it need rebuilding, please send a note and I/we will
  recompile a new version...
