milo for alphaserver 400 4/233

Greetings

I've an AlphaServer 400 4/233 (Alpha Chip 21071) and can't seem to find
a milo.dd to boot it.
I'm trying to install Linux on this box but so far no luck. The best I
could do was
to get a milo for Avanti but it stops after reading the floppy with the
following message:
