Hello,

I have generated yet another installation set which now support every
Linux/Alpha machine, the README for installation should allow
everybody familiar with Debian to install it (still hard disk booting
is not done). Machines without MILO are supported by rescue disks
which use aboot to load the kernel. I have updated the installation
README.

Everything is on http://lhpca.univ-lyon1.fr/axp, and is currently on
its way to the mirror on master.

The question is, when can we do an official release? One of the strong
points about Debian, is its testing group, and the commitment to not
ship with any significant bug. IMHO, as Debian/Alpha has only be used
by a small group compared to i386, I am not sure we can already
guarantee the same level of quality as i386. So maybe we can release
with the "beta status" at the same time the official i386 release is
done, and do the official release later.

be on a different CDROM.
