zsh 3.1.2-4 weird msg

I'm getting a lot of msgs. like

What could be the problem? The same happens with version 3.0.4 that I
compiled manually... bash doesn't produce this :-(

It happens with 2.1.102 that I compiled and with 2.0.30 that came in
RedHat 4.2...

I'm not sending to the bug system because I don't know if it's a bug
in zsh.
