We could upload hipcc 6.1.5 to unstable for migration to Forky, but LLVM
17 is not going to remain available in Forky for long and hipcc 6.1.5
would be dropped along with it.
The hipcc on Debian Experimental is based on LLVM 20 and with the recent
upload of rocr-runtime 6.4.3~exp2 it now seems to be working. Once LLVM
20 is available in Sid we can update the ROCm stack to 6.4.3 there too.
I could perhaps look at upgrading to LLVM 21 (as that is already
available on Sid), but it might be tricky.
Sincerely,
Cory Bloor
