Igor Luppi has prepared an update to 6.4.3 and LLVM 20. I'll try to review and upload tomorrow.

An upload to experimental won't save ROCm from being removed from testing, but I think that's fine. The LLVM maintainers and Debian release team has kept LLVM 17 around for us long enough. Even if removed, ROCm will return to testing shortly once llvm-toolchain-20 is available.
