gpuenv-utils 0.1.7 uploaded: generalized GPU support

Hi,

I've uploaded a new version of gpuenv-utils to the new APT repo [1].

This new version adds support for NVIDIA GPUs.

These utilities are only needed on machines where more than one process
needs exclusive use of a GPU, for example on CI workers, or porterboxes.
They solve this through cooperative locking.

This will be the last release under this name. From DebConf discussions,
it became clear that this utility must also support CPUs and memory as a
resource, so the next version will have a more generic name.
