I started to review the debian rocm repository on salsa and added links 
to upstream when not there in the description field

It allows an easy to jump to upstream repo.

I added [DEPRECATED] in the description when I found related info in 
upstream, not sure I have all

Considering there is no release yet, I agree there is not much impact at
