I've created some of MRs against
deeplearning-team/rocm-team repositories.

As @ckk mentions, it requires newer devscripts so,
it's not intended to be merged right away, but
I hope it helps to migrating smoothly to d/watch 5.
(just creating patch against d/watch is harmless, IMHO)

FYI: just execute the following in your repository, so easily convert
existing d/watch by yourself.

$ uscan --update-watchfile
