Running the starpu autopkgtest on ci.rocm?

Hello,

I got a look at the rocm talks at debconf, took a look at ci.rocm, and
tried it.

I am surprised that ci.rocm hadn't already tried to run the starpu
testsuite. In unstable, it depends on libamdhip64-dev and
libhipblas-dev, was that not enough to trigger a build on ci.rocm?

Actually it was indeed not enough for starpu to enable its hip driver,
so the eventual binaries don't currently depend on rocm, only the source
package build-depends on some of it. Is that perhaps why ci.rocm didn't
try it?

In experimental, I have now added the hipcc and librocblas-dev build
dependencies, so that starpu will enable its hip driver. I have started
a few tests, and will get a look at it, but I'd like to check what could
be missing for ci.rocm to pick it up automatically, if that's simply the
missing dependencies of the binary packages vs the build-dependency of
the source package?
