Hi Thorsten,

I've just uploaded v1.7.6 (released yesterday) with all the fixes below,
plus some other ones.

@Petter: I had to disable the tests pending the models/ and samples/
resolution, but using the ggml-large-v3-turbo-q8_0.bin from HuggingFace,
sample/jfk.wav was transcribed correctly, so I assume the package is fine.
