Dear Maintainer,

There are a few minor errors in the hipcc manpage:

  - The HIPCC_LINK_FLAGS_APPEND environment variable is missing a title line.
  - The HIPCC_VERBOSE flags are listed inline rather than as a bulleted list.
  - The header for the hipcc manpage is hipconfig(1) rather than hipcc(1).
