rocm-hipamd 5.7.1-6 was intended for trixie. It was uploaded during the 
soft freeze and I didn't realize it would have to go through the hard 
freeze unblock process, so it includes fixes for normal and minor bugs.

I suppose I can file an unblock request and the release team can decide 
how they want to handle it.
