Bi-Weekly update for "Package LLM inference libraries"

Hi, this is a bi-weekly update for my project!

(One of the great news is I just finished all my exams this year!!)

I have almost finished packaging tokenizers and transformers. They highly depend on Rust crates, and I crate MR for them. (see here https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team/debcargo-conf/-/merge_requests )

Now, I'm tackling packaging other Python packages. I have a bit of trouble with interegular but got some advice, so I think I can handle this.

Next two weeks, I will tackle almost all pure Python packages, including interegular.
